Umami Analytics is a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It collects anonymous, aggregated data about website traffic without using cookies or tracking individual visitors across sessions. No personally identifiable information is collected through Umami, and no consent is required for its use.
Matomo Analytics is a full-featured analytics platform that uses cookies to track sessions and visitor behavior over time. Matomo is self-hosted on our own servers. Your data remains entirely on our own infrastructure and is not transmitted externally. Matomo is only activated after you provide consent through the cookie banner on our website.
We use analytics data solely to understand how visitors use our website, identify which pages are most useful, and improve our content and services. We do not use this data for advertising or sell it to any third party.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies only when you provide consent via the cookie banner. Specifically:
Klaro consent cookie - Stores your cookie preferences so you are not asked again on every visit. Expires after 365 days.
Matomo analytics cookies - Used to track sessions and return visits for analytics purposes. Only set after you accept analytics cookies. Matomo cookies expire after 13 months.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, or by clearing your browser cookies.
5. Data Retention
Analytics data collected through Matomo is retained for 24 months and then automatically deleted. Umami data is retained indefinitely in aggregated, anonymous form. No personally identifiable information is retained through either analytics tool.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Analytics data is stored on our own servers and is not transmitted to any external service.
